After one year development, GSL ENERGY successfully develops high quality and heavy-duty 4850-2U 2400W lifepo4 battery module to overseas clients.

“We studied a lot of competitors like SONNON, PYLONTECH, DYNESS, APLHAS-ESS, and also deeply communicate with their engineers, finally we develop our own patented 4850-2U 2400wh lifepo4 battery module”, Said by Mr. Jim Deng. CEO of GSL ENERGY, “We use our GSL 3.2v 50ah high energy density 175wh/kg prismatic cells to make this 4850-2U slim module. It is made by 15s1p with heavy duty BMS 100A inside controlling system. “

GSL 3.2V 50AH can reach over 6000 times, still kept 80% over reaching top-level lifepo4 battery cells. For BMS, GSL ENERGY engineer team worked very hard days and nights inside R&D lab to finally made heavy-duty type which can allow max discharge 100A-2C capability.

“ We tested all present off grid inverter brands here in Shenzhen, such as Voltronics, Must , ZL power, Growatt, SAC solar factory partners and study their inverter features, and we also try to use over 30 different kinds of 15s &16s -48V BMS boards .too. Finally, we make our own heavy-duty BMS boards 48V to pass all very strict testing on charge and discharge, cell balance function, over charge and discharge, over current and low current protection, over temperature an low temperature testing function, RS232, 485, CANBUS communication functions. At present, GSL 4850-2U 2400W battery module BMS supports at max 14 units connect to make max 33.60kwh battery system. It is very light and slim at 24.5kgs, which can be air shipped to all overseas client very fast and efficient.
