Mr. Salif is a solar energy company manager in Cameroon and Senegal, and has purchased LiFePO4 batteries from GSL Energy for 5 years. This is the first time he used GSL new version 48v100ah-3U battery in the projects. The first phase of the project has been completed successfully. There are three different solar systems, each of them powering different equipment. The installations of the systems are quite neat and professional, and 48V100ah-3U lifepo4 batteries are also equipped with additional brackets to make them stackable, which is very space-saving. The first one is a 20kWh system consisting of 2x10kw three phase Deye hybrid inverters with 4x4.8kWh(48v100ah-3U) rack type lifepo4 batteries; The second one is a 30kWh system made by 1x10kw three phase Deye hybrid inverter with 6x4.8kWh(48v100ah-3U) rack type lifpeo4 batteries; The third one is including 1x10kw three phase Deye hybrid inverter with 3x4.8kWh(48v100ah-3U) rack type lifpeo4 batteries. So far, Deye inverters are communicating with GSL48v100ah-3U LiFePO4 batteries by CAN without any problem, even the inverters or batteries are connected in parallel. GSL ENERGY offers 15 years warranty on each battery and remote-control software of the batteries in order to make sure all the systems running smoothly. 

The energy storage battery manufacturer GSL Energy has announced that is has successfully completed the rigorous testing and evaluation to receive the UL 9540 certification for its residential energy storage batteries, combined with LuxPower inverters. GSL believes that this achievement will pave a way for its sustained growth globally, especially in the North American market.The UL 9540 certification is the North American safety standard for energy storage systems (ESS) and equipment. The standard mainly concerns system safety from all possible facets, including the battery system itself, containment, functionality, fire detection and suppression, and environmental performance of the ESS. Receiving the UL 9540 certification confirms the safety and reliability of GSL' energy storage system and demonstrates its compliance with industry safety standards. GSL' residential energy storage batteries are based on lithium iron phosphate technology, the safest of its kind. Unlike most EES batteries which are made from cylindrical cells, GSL' batteries adopt prismatic cells for higher performance, lifespan and safety. Take GSL051280A-B-GBP2 batteries for example, this cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate battery is packed with 14.34 kWh of energy and11.472 kW continuous charge/discharge ability, confident with 8500 cycles in 15 years warranty. GSL also equips the battery with a proprietary high current battery management system (BMS) which provides overall and comprehensive protection. The new factory invested and constructed by GSL ENERGY in Huizhou, Guangdong is expected to be completed by the end of July 2023.
