Each day begins with cell sorting, a crucial step for ensuring consistency in voltage, internal resistance, and capacity. Using automated machines, we carefully evaluate thousands of cells within just a couple of hours every morning. Once sorted, these cells are set aside for the next stage, and the sorting machines are turned off—saving energy and prolonging equipment life.
Next comes module packing, where automation and AI meet. This stage includes:
AI Polarity Detection – Ensuring that every cell is aligned correctly, eliminating risks from polarity errors.
Laser Cleaning & Welding – Delivering spotless surfaces and ultra-strong welds with high precision.
Weld Scar Detection – Using sensors to examine every weld point for integrity.
Insulation Testing – Guaranteeing electrical safety before modules move forward.
At this stage, we also add a manual constraint step. While automation handles precision, our trained staff ensure every module’s structural stability, combining human expertise with robotic accuracy.
After modules are prepared, they move to the semi-automatic assembly line. Here, flexibility is key. Our semi-automatic system allows us to adjust processes for different product models and customer requirements, whether it’s a home solar energy battery or a large-scale industrial ESS. Every pack is tested thoroughly before leaving the factory floor.
