Eurasian resource use block chain ensuring traceability cobalt sources

On January 23, Eurasian resource ( ERG) Announced that it would try out solutions based on IBM chain platform, the block chain, in order to ensure the supply chain and improve the reliability of sources of cobalt in traceability.

ERG, points out that the block chain solutions help ensure to build a reliable lithium-ion battery supply chain, will initially be used in the democratic republic of the Congo Metalkol RTR copper and cobalt project. Use block chain will help track the source of cobalt in the entire supply chain, including smelting and blend to cobalt, and can according to the highest standards through effective information sharing, tracking, and strengthen transparency to reduce costs.
