To further strengthen frontline employees' quality awareness, solidify the foundation of product quality management, and comprehensively enhance staff expertise in core products, GSL ENERGY's Huizhou Factory recently conducted a systematic and in-depth specialized battery knowledge training session for all frontline employees. Led by the Quality Department and personally organized and presented by Manager Yang, the training achieved full participation with no absences, fully demonstrating the proactive learning attitude and pursuit of excellence among GSL ENERGY employees. During the preparatory phase, Manager Yang led the Quality Department team in conducting thorough preliminary research. Closely aligning with the factory's actual production processes and employees' knowledge needs, the training content underwent repeated refinement. The final curriculum integrates both theoretical expertise and extensive practical case studies, ensuring depth and applicability to effectively address real-world challenges faced by employees.

Drawing on his deep professional knowledge and extensive industry experience, Manager Yang delivered a rich and highly targeted knowledge feast during the training. The curriculum covered the entire battery production process, structured around five core modules:

Battery Fundamentals: Explained in accessible terms, this module covered battery operating principles and basic structures. It emphasized key performance parameters like voltage, capacity, energy density, and cycle life, helping employees build a systematic knowledge framework and eliminate foundational gaps.

Common Types and Characteristics: Analyzing core battery types used in factory production, this section examined their technical features, advantages/disadvantages, and applicable scenarios. Employees gained clear understanding of product differentiation, providing theoretical support for precise production execution.

Production Processes and Quality Control Points: Closely aligned with actual production workflows, this module breaks down operational essentials and quality standards for each process step. It also details methods for identifying and handling common anomalies, clarifying "why we do it," "how we do it,"and "to what standard we do it," ensuring quality control throughout production.

Safety Knowledge and Protective Standards: Focusing on safety risks throughout battery production, storage, and handling, this section emphasizes safety precautions and protective operational protocols. It further strengthens employees' awareness of safe production practices, helping the factory fortify its safety defenses.

Common Problem Analysis and Resolution: Using real-case reviews, this section engages employees in interactive discussions about potential quality issues and their root causes during production. It guides employees to proactively consider solutions, effectively enhancing their problem analysis and resolution capabilities.

During the training session, Manager Yang delivered vivid and concrete explanations in accessible language. Supplemented by physical demonstrations, images, and operational videos, he transformed abstract theoretical knowledge into intuitive practical references. This approach significantly stimulated employees' learning interest and effectively enhanced knowledge absorption efficiency.
