If you have four electrodes, put one in front, one in the back, one on the side, and one on the top of your shoulder blade, attach the electrode wires to the TENS unit.
Set the TENS unit to the settings recommended by the doctor.
During the time recommended by the doctor, keep ten units on the skin.
Clean the electrodes and skin with soap and water after treatment.
Replace the unit battery with a rechargeable battery.
Charge the old battery.
