2. Project Background

Industrial parks in Southeast Asia commonly face weak grids, voltage fluctuations, and frequent power outages. Combined with high-temperature, high-humidity, and salt spray environments, traditional power supply methods have high costs and poor stability.
This industrial customer customized a 1500VDC high-voltage microgrid system and required direct 400VAC industrial voltage output to realize coordinated operation of solar PV, diesel generators, and the utility grid.
The technical threshold of this high-voltage customized solution was very high. Many energy storage manufacturers declined the project due to the complexity of multi-energy coupling control and high-voltage to low-voltage adaptation. The customer finally selected GSL Energy for the customized project deployment.

3. Technical Breakthrough: 690VAC Power Conversion Technology

Mainstream 1000VDC low-voltage PCS solutions in the industry cannot support high-voltage systems. GSL Energy adopted a self-developed 690VAC high-voltage conversion solution to solve the technical challenge of converting 1500VDC high-voltage energy storage to direct 400VAC output, suitable for weak-grid conditions in Southeast Asia.

4. One-Stop Mass Production and Prefabricated Delivery

Based on the intelligent manufacturing factory of GSL Energy, this project achieved full factory prefabrication, integration, and commissioning, demonstrating both large-scale production capability and non-standard customization capability.

6. Project Summary
