Madagascar, a significant island nation in Africa, suffers from weak grid infrastructure and frequent power outages. Many households, small businesses, and clinics regularly face challenges with unstable electricity supply. Although the region boasts abundant solar resources, limited photovoltaic utilization persists due to a lack of reliable energy storage equipment. Users consequently remain dependent on costly and highly polluting diesel generators.
In July 2025, GSL ENERGY delivered and successfully deployed three 10.24kWh wall-mounted energy storage battery systems (total capacity approximately 30kWh) for a local client. Opting for wall-mounted installation, the three batteries are neatly suspended on the wall, offering both aesthetic appeal and space efficiency.
As seen in the project video, the customer's rooftop is fully covered with solar photovoltaic panels. These panels are tightly integrated with GSL ENERGY's storage batteries, creating a clean energy cycle of solar power generation + stored energy supply.
